NEW BLOG by @shynoma There are things in life that you can't change and they are things that you have the power to change. For those things that you can't change, STOP blaming yourself and feeling guilty. There is nothing you could have done to stop him from walking away, that incurable disease is not your fault, they raped or abused YOU, your daughter ,son and you still angry and you still blame yourself why you trusted him.

NEW BLOG BY @mt_thabo Start saving now for your retirement. This is a must-read article for every young adult:

One day you are going to leave your nagging boss and forget the stress of having to wake up every morning in preparation for work. Even if you are self-employed, you are also going to retire from your businesses. When that time comes, will you still be able to pay your monthly bills? The perception that many have is that retirement will bring peace, fulfilment and comfort. Unfortunately what awaits many people at retirement is not a bed of roses. In 2015, the National Treasury announced that only 6 percent of South Africans will retire comfortably.

The finish line is in sight. Ladies and gentlemen, there is 53 days left in the year 2016. Do not count the days but  make the days count. I challenge you to finish of 2016 strong just like Usain Bolt finishes of his races.

Usain St Leo Bolt, OJ, CD is a Jamaican sprinter. Regarded as the fastest human ever timed, he is the first man to hold both the 100 metres and 200 metres world records since fully automatic time became mandatory.

'This Season Is All About New' by @jackiephamotse

For many, the arrival of summer and festive season means that winter is finally dead for another couple of months, and life will soon be in bloom wherever you look.

For me though, the new season is about SPRING CLEANING MY SPACE. It's about getting everything organized and setting goals and reflecting on what I have done and achieved. In fact, I don't really understand why anyone makes resolutions in Jan.

Hold up, they don’t love you like I love you by @shynoma

I recently celebrated my bornday ,Its always a blessing to celebrate such a awesome day. It is true that legends are born in October.

As one grows older everything tends to make more sense just like fine wine ,age gets better with time .  Every second, minute to hours and days to months then years is by grace and it’s always appreciated.

Life gets tough! At times life gets so tough that it causes you to have a lengthy debate with yourself, whether you should get up, dress up and show up or stay defeated in bed. You have a lengthy debate with yourself, whether you should give those blankets a Dr Malinga kick or whether you should hit the snooze button for another 5 minutes which eventually becomes way more than 5 minutes. There are days when you want to switch off from the rest of the world because things are not going the way you want them to go. When the going gets tough, the tough get going. Make a decision that you are going to get going when the going gets tough.

@dominicgaoboape says See the opportunity & imagine the possibilities

In September, 2009 I was invited to a dinner with a few friends and colleagues. I was an HR management trainee graduate at the time for one of the biggest FMCG multinationals in the world. As the evening progressed I got to chat with a young lady that I had met the first time that evening through a mutual friend. Her name was Lillian and she was originally from Kenya.

Sbonga Pee Tee Dlamini says We live in a Country with Eleven Official Languages, English being one of those languages.

My language that I was blessed to talk, read and write is IsiZulu, and English is my second language I use to communicate to the world. I believe that all my names speak for themselves, and leave a question at the end, Sbonga Phumelela Thespiso. What a beauty of names, so beautiful in such a way that Sbonga is known by  colleagues,  associates, former school mates, family members and friends.

Dr John F Demartini,” Whatever we think about and thank about, we bring about”.

One of the attitudes that champions display, is an attitude of gratitude.Gratitude is the quality of being thankful, readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness.

“If there is no enemy within, the enemy outside can do us no harm”. Old African Proverb

We often stand in the way of our dreams becoming a reality. We have become our own worst enemy and not our own biggest fan. When we look in the mirror, we don’t see the greatness in the eyes that are reflecting back at us but rather we see our failures and mistakes. We are quicker to see our failures and shortcomings than we are to acknowledge our achievements and success.  We have become victims of our circumstances and not victors.

When Hector Pieterson woke up that morning of June 16, 1976 he did not know that by the end of the day he would have served a great purpose and lived a mark of greatness that would be spoken about years and years. At only 12 years old when he lost his life, age is surely nothing but a number; he will always be remembered as a great icon. Today there is a memorial and museum named after him, in memory of him and the rest of the people who died on that day.
